Kids Photoshoots

I am a mother of two — a boy and a girl — and I understand deeply the joys, challenges, and the sacred creation of a world that motherhood carries.

Children, to me, are pure souls. I am especially touched by how gently they are portrayed in Waldorf-inspired imagery: gnomes, fairies, little mermaids. It gives me great inspiration. But every child is different: some feel drawn to the spirit of Peter Pan, while others dream of being princesses.

Photographing children, for me, is like peeking through a tiny window into the fairy-tale world living inside each child. It is all about understanding, acceptance, and trust. And of course, it touches my heart, because during a photoshoot I am given the privilege to “touch” the soul of a little human and see the world through their heart.

During children’s photoshoots, I try to preserve that purity of story, that light, that magical world the child brings with them.

How Your Magical Photoshoot Unfolds

1. Locations & Pricing

  • Photoshoots are included at no additional cost within Berlin and surrounding areas.

  • For sessions outside this range or in another country, bespoke arrangements and additional travel fees apply.

  • The location may be adjusted during the planning process to perfectly match the concept and magical atmosphere of the shoot.

2. Booking & Application

  • Please submit your photoshoot request at least 2 weeks before your desired date.

  • For last-minute bookings (less than 14 days notice), an additional express-booking fee may apply.

  • I reserve the right to decline a request before the deposit is paid if it does not meet the notice period or for other professional reasons.

  • Please include: Full name, Email, Desired date/location, and a brief description of your concept.

3. Agreement & Retainer

  • To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit (20%) is required.

  • The deposit guarantees your booking and is credited toward the total cost.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot (see Payment Terms for details on cash vs bank transfer).

  • Once the deposit is paid and terms are accepted, we begin the detailed concept development.

4. Concept Development & Moodboard

  • Together, we define the fairytale story, the character, and the magical atmosphere of the photoshoot.

  • Creative Vision: I create a moodboard based on the child’s interests and the desired fantasy world. This serves as a visual guide to ensure we are aligned on the artistic direction.

  • Artistic Freedom: In accordance with my GTC (§ 15), I maintain artistic control over the final execution. One round of adjustments to the moodboard is included.

  • Changes: Any major changes to the concept after final alignment may require additional planning time or administrative fees.

5. Props, Costumes & Location Planning

  • Once the vision is set, I prepare recommendations for costumes, props, and locations that bring the story to life.

  • Options: You will receive a presentation of available options from my collection or partner suppliers for your review.

  • Finalizing Details: While the date is reserved upon deposit, the exact timing and specific location are finalized only after all stylistic elements (costumes/props) are agreed upon.

  • Extra Costs: Additional fees apply for locations outside Berlin, the rental of rare/high-value costumes, or specific high-end props as per our Payment Terms.

6. Final Agreement & Confirmation

  • A final contract and mandatory forms will be issued. For the safety of all parties, these must be signed before the session (digital scan or photo is acceptable for the contract, but a physical signature is required for the Model Release). The contract and session protocol include:

  • Full Payment Schedule: Total cost and deadlines for the remaining balance.

  • Logistics: Confirmed date, time, and specific location.

  • Mandatory Supervision: In accordance with my Child Photoshoot Policy, a legal guardian must be present throughout the entire session.

  • Legal Protections: Cancellation policies, copyright terms, and limitation of liability as defined in the GTC.

  • Consents: Mandatory GDPR (DSGVO) data processing consent and the Model Release (for publication rights).

  • Note: For minors, the Model Release must be signed by both legal guardians.

7. After the Photoshoot

All materials are delivered via a secure Google Drive link.

Selection and Retouching Process:

  1. Within 5–7 days after the session, I provide a preliminary gallery — all successful shots with basic color correction.

  2. You have one week (7 days) to select the photographs included in your package.

  3. Full artistic retouching is applied only to the photographs selected by you.

  4. If more photographs are selected than the package includes, an additional fee of 25 € per extra image applies.
     

Retouching Timeline:
• Standard turnaround time for retouching is 14–21 days after your selection.
• If the retouched images are required sooner — within 5 days after you make your selection, an additional express-processing fee applies.


Final images are delivered in two sizes for each orientation:
• Vertical — 3168 × 4752 px and 6336 × 9504 px
• Horizontal — 4928 × 3264 px and 9504 × 6336 px

All images are provided in JPEG format, color space sRGB.

The link remains active for 3 months. The link remains active for 3 months. After this period, the link and the data will be deleted in accordance with my Privacy Policy (GDPR).

FANTASY CHILDREN’S PHOTOSHOOT — PRICE LIST (ages 5–17)

Mini Fairy / Mini Hero — 40-minute – 1 location / 1 outfit – 10 retouched images – €320

Fairytale Story — 1.5 h – up to 1 locations / 1 outfit – 15 retouched images – €520

Legend / Premium Fantasy  – 3 h – 2 locations / 2 outfits – 30 retouched images – €980

FAQ

What is included:

  • Costumes and props.

  • All session times include outfit changes and travel between locations, which must be within a few streets or within a small town.

  • If the selected shooting spots are located beyond the same street or a small town area, each location is treated as a separate photoshoot and requires its own contract.

  • Concept development, mood board, and outfit planning.

  • Full retouching and post-processing of all selected images.

What is not included:

Professional makeup artist services. I provide guidance and advice on makeup, but a professional MUA is not included.​


Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit (20%) is required to reserve the date. Please refer to my Payment and Cancellation Terms for details on rescheduling and cancellation deadlines.

Additional notes:

  • If a rare or expensive prop or costume is needed beyond the standard preparation, an additional fee may apply.

  • Processing time: Retouching complex fantasy images typically takes 14–21 days. This allows for the high level of detail required for Stage 3 and 4 artistic processing.

Photo Delivery:

  • All images are delivered via a Google Drive link. The Google Drive link is active for 3 months. Please download your files promptly, as I do not provide long-term archiving after this period.

  • Photos are provided in two sizes per orientation:

    • Vertical: 3168 × 4752 and 6336 × 9504 px

    • Horizontal: 4928 × 3264 and 9504 × 6336 px

  • All files are in JPEG format, color space sRGB IEC61966-2.1.

Safety, Respect & Communication

  • I speak Russian and have a basic level of English. This does not affect the quality of your photoshoot, even if we communicate with gestures.

  • I have experience working with clients with limited hearing and always strive to be on the same wavelength as my clients, showing with body language and gestures how to move and feel the atmosphere.

  • Music often helps to create the desired mood during the session.

  • I reserve the right to stop the photoshoot if a client behaves aggressively, disrespectfully, or inappropriately.

  • I do not shoot nudity or pornographic content.

Copyright & Image Use

  • The client receives private usage rights to the final edited images.
    The photographer remains the legal copyright holder (Urheberrecht).
    Publication by the photographer is only possible with written consent (Model Release).

  • Publishing images on my website or social media is only possible with the client’s written consent.

  • All personal data and client images are processed and stored in accordance with GDPR / DSGVO regulations. Photos are published only with the client’s consent.

Additional Fees

All prices are final. In accordance with § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation), VAT is not charged or displayed.

The following services are not included in the photoshoot price and may require an additional payment when applicable:

 

• Rental of rare costumes and props: Starting from 150 €. The final cost depends on the supplier's actual rates and will be agreed upon in advance.

​

• Travel to locations outside the standard shooting zone (Berlin / nearby area)
If the chosen location is outside the agreed range, travel fees apply.
Estimated cost: from 100 € + transport costs, depending on distance.

• Additional retouched images: 

25 € per image (Stage 3/4 complexity). For standard retouching (Stage 1/2), please refer to the current price list.

• Express retouching
If final retouched images are required earlier than the standard delivery time — within 5 days after clients make their selection, an expedited processing surcharge applies:
+100 € express-retouching fee.

Assistant at the Photoshoot

During the photoshoot, I am supported by my husband. He assists with translations, props, and light or special effects. All creative and organizational decisions remain solely mine.

Child Photoshoot

I follow a strict ethical policy for children's portraits: I do not perform any body or facial reshaping on minors. The focus remains on a natural and magical atmosphere.
