As a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation), AnaLesnaya is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Therefore, we do not participate in such proceedings and only provide this information duty in accordance with Art. 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO.
